Application Requirements for Evening Studies

1. (6) Recent Passport-Sized Photographs.
2. (2) Copies of the Student’s Identification Documents (IDs).
3. Authenticated Transcript from the school, ratified by the Ministry of Education, OR an Official Letter of Confirmation (Tae’eed).
4. Eye Examination and CBC Test (Complete Blood Count), stamped by the University Health Unit.
5. Printed Electronic Application Form
6. Receipt for 25,000 IQD (Cash payment to the College Accounts).
7. Undertaking Receipt for 10,000 IQD (MasterCard payment to the Presidency Accounts).
8. Employee Sponsorship Guarantee (Bail/Suretyship).
