In Pursuit of Consolidating Digital Transformation: College of Law at University of Al-Hamdaniya Organizes a Scientific Seminar on “E-Governance”
Within the framework of its strategic plan to enhance institutional performance and develop administrative and technical skills, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit at the College of Law, University of Al-Hamdaniya, in cooperation with the Directorate of E-Governance, organized a specialized scientific seminar titled (The Importance of E-Governance), on Monday, January 19, 2026.
The seminar witnessed a qualitative attendance of academic and administrative staff, featuring a lecture by Assistant Professor Dr. Farqad Hamid Abdul-Rahim. The speaker provided an in-depth review of the concept of e-governance as a vital tool for enhancing the efficiency of educational and legal institutions.
The seminar included extensive discussions regarding the legislative and legal aspects associated with e-governance in Iraq, and the necessity of updating internal systems to align with the ongoing technological leap. In conclusion, the attendees praised the valuable information presented by Dr. Farqad Hamid, emphasizing the importance of sustaining these training workshops to ensure keeping pace with global developments in this field.
