In alignment with its social responsibility and commitment to supporting vulnerable groups, the Quality Assurance Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit and in coordination with the Government Communication and Media Division at the College of Law, University of Al-Hamdaniya, conducted a field visit to the Nineveh Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs – Department for People with Special Needs. The visit featured the distribution of food assistance to support this cherished segment of our community, reaffirming the College’s dedication to community service and the promotion of social solidarity.

This initiative stands as a priority within our university’s academic mission, with the College of Law serving as the leading academic institution in its implementation. Furthermore, this contribution directly supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically by addressing SDG 1 (No Poverty) through essential food support for those in need, SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by providing necessary care for people with special needs, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through effective collaboration between the College and various community sectors to achieve a tangible impact.
