Under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Prof. Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf, the College of Law organized a specialized seminar on “Evaluation Forms” on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The seminar was presented by Ms. Shaimaa Qais Qassim, Head of the Quality Assurance Division, as part of the college’s plan to enhance institutional performance efficiency and develop the administrative skills of its staff.

The seminar featured a detailed explanation of the mechanism for completing annual evaluation forms, focusing on the approved standards for measuring both professional and academic performance. It also highlighted the legal and administrative regulations that ensure accuracy and objectivity in the assessment process. Furthermore, the lecturer emphasized the importance of administrative documentation for activities and completed tasks, considering it the cornerstone of the evaluation process. Practical guidance was provided on how to avoid common errors and ensure compliance with all technical requirements that support the portfolios of both faculty and staff.

The event witnessed active participation from faculty members and staff, involving extensive discussions on methods to develop evaluation processes in alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and digital transformation in university administration. Participants stressed the significance of such meetings in achieving transparency and organizational justice within administrative departments and units.
