The corridors of the College of Law at the University of Al-Hamdaniya were filled with an atmosphere of joy and pride as delegations and well-wishers gathered to offer their congratulations to Professor Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf Al-Jubouri on the occasion of assuming his duties as the Dean of the College of Law.
