Professor Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Law, participated on Thursday, July 9, 2026, as a member of the defense committee for the Master’s thesis titled ‘The Stability of Criminal Text’ by the student Shahla Akram Omar, in the Department of Criminal Law at the College of Law – University of Tikrit.
The defense took place at the Martyr Dr. Dhamin Al-Obeidi Hall in the college building. The esteemed defense committee comprised the following distinguished members:
- Prof. Dr. Uday Talfah Muhammad (Professor of Criminal Law / University of Tikrit – College of Law) – Chairman.
- Prof. Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf Al-Jubouri (Professor of Criminal Law / Dean of the College of Law – University of Al-Hamdaniya) – Member.
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Dhafer Muhammad Hamdi (Assistant Professor of Criminal Law / University of Tikrit – College of Law) – Member.
- Prof. Dr. Methaq Ghazi Faisal (Professor of Criminal Law / University of Tikrit – College of Law) – Member and Supervisor.
Following an extensive scientific discussion and the student’s defense of her thesis, the committee decided to accept the thesis and recommended awarding the Master’s degree after incorporating the necessary revisions. This participation comes within the framework of enhancing joint scientific and academic cooperation between the University of Al-Hamdaniya and other Iraqi universities.
