Following the establishment of the College of Law, and starting from the academic year (2025–2026), the college aims to become a distinguished scientific institution. It is committed to encouraging students to excel, supporting them academically and morally, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and creating an academic environment that fosters creativity and innovation. The college also seeks to elevate the quality of scientific research to be among the best law colleges.

Improving the academic and research reality will be achieved through a planned strategy that includes launching a legal clinic, introducing postgraduate studies, mobilizing capabilities, and providing the necessary resources to serve our beloved country and supply state institutions with qualified legal professionals.
