The Scientific Department organized a scientific visit for the college students to the Al-Hamdaniya Courthouse, as part of the academic activities aimed at enhancing the applied aspect of their studies and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical reality.
The visit included an overview of the court’s operational mechanisms and the judicial procedures followed, in addition to familiarizing students with the nature of judicial work and the role of the judiciary in achieving justice and the rule of law.
The visit was supervised by Professor Dr. Muayyad Mohammed Yaqoub, Head of the Law Department, along with Assistant Lecturer Adeeb Abdul Majeed Ahmed and Assistant Lecturer Dilshad Zarra. The supervisors emphasized the significance of these scientific visits in developing the students’ practical expertise and strengthening their field-based legal knowledge.
The students demonstrated great interest during the visit, valuing the significant scientific opportunity for direct engagement with judicial institutions and the acquisition of practical legal experiences, which contribute to the development of their academic and professional skills.
In conclusion, the College of Law extends its gratitude and appreciation to the Presidency of Al-Hamdaniya Court and the Courthouse for their cooperation, warm reception, and support for scientific activities that serve the educational process.
