Under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, and in celebration of National Afforestation Day on March 12th, the university gardens witnessed a major planting campaign led by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf, Professor Dr. Amer Ashour Abdullah, Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muath Mohammed Yaqub, Head of the Law Department.
A large number of the college’s faculty and administrative staff participated in the campaign, where a variety of evergreen trees and saplings were planted in the squares and gardens surrounding the buildings. During the campaign, the College Deanery emphasized that this activity is not merely a protocol event, but rather a national and ethical duty to increase green spaces in our beloved university, praising the high spirit of cooperation shown by everyone to ensure the success of this initiative, which reflects the civilized image of the College of Law and Al-Hamdaniya University.
