Under the auspices of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf, the College of Law organized a scientific workshop today, Tuesday, March 24, 2026, titled “Mechanism for Implementing Community Service Studies.” The workshop was presented by Lecturer Estabraq Ali Hameed, Director of the Scientific Affairs Department at the University Presidency, who analytically reviewed the practical steps for preparing and executing community-based studies. This process begins with the mechanisms for identifying realistic problems that the university can address through scientific research and applied activities, leading to the methods of documenting these efforts and submitting them according to approved templates that align with quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.

The detailed explanation provided by the lecturer focused on the implementation phases, starting with identifying the societal problem, collecting and analyzing data, and concluding with formulating recommendations and proposed solutions aimed at enhancing the university’s role in sustainable development and service to institutions and the local community.
