With a vision aimed at developing institutional performance, Assistant Professor Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, delivered a workshop titled ‘Strategies for Safeguarding Public Office and Achieving University Quality.’
The workshop, presented by Dr. Hamdoun, addressed the pillars of consolidating integrity and transparency in administrative work, reviewing the legal and administrative means to safeguard public office against violations. The lecturer emphasized that applying comprehensive quality standards represents the cornerstone for elevating the administrative and financial system within the college, thereby serving the educational process.
The workshop was attended by the heads of administrative and financial departments and units at the college. The session witnessed great interaction from the attending staff, who raised some realistic challenges facing daily work. Their legal and procedural solutions were discussed, and the attendees stressed the importance of these workshops in enhancing job awareness and developing administrative performance in line with national quality standards.
