At the inauguration of the conference, Al-Noor University honored Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, by awarding him the “Shield of Science and Creativity.” This recognition took place during the opening ceremonies of the 3rd International Legal Conference. The award was presented in appreciation of his pivotal role in the success of this international forum and as a testament to the profound academic cooperation between the two universities in various research and scientific fields.
Participants emphasized that this collaboration reflects the orientation of Iraqi universities toward international engagement and the building of knowledge bridges aimed at enhancing the standing of Iraqi scientific research in both Arab and international arenas.
