Assistant Professor Dr. Radwan Hashim Hamdoun Al-Sharifi, a faculty member at the College of Law – University of Al-Hamdaniya, has received a Letter of Thanks and Appreciation from the President of the University of Mosul. This recognition comes in appreciation of his scientific and professional efforts in supporting the team of the College of Rights – University of Mosul during their participation in the 7th edition of the Commercial Arbitration Competition held in Riyadh.
This honor was bestowed in recognition of Dr. Al-Sharifi’s contribution as an arbitrator and coach for the team. He utilized his academic expertise to develop the students’ skills and enhance their capabilities in the field of commercial arbitration, which is considered one of the most vital modern legal fields related to alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
In the official letter, the Presidency of the University of Mosul emphasized that such scientific cooperation between Iraqi universities reflects the spirit of academic integration. It contributes to elevating the students’ scientific standards and strengthens the presence of Iraqi academic institutions in international forums.
The Commercial Arbitration Competition is one of the most prominent legal events aimed at honing students’ skills in advocacy and arbitration, preparing them to face practical challenges in the legal labor market at both regional and international levels.
