The College of Law concluded today, Thursday, February 26, 2026, its training course titled “The Role of Women in Political and Institutional Work.” Organized by the Women’s Affairs Unit in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, the program’s activities originally commenced on Sunday, February 22, 2026.

This course represents a key pillar of the 2026 Executive Plan for the National Strategy for Iraqi Women. The sessions were conducted by:

The program was held under the supervision of Ms. Aya Shalan Mal Allah, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit.

The trainers focused on enhancing women’s leadership capabilities and developing their skills in institutional management and political engagement. These goals align with the national vision to empower female competencies within decision-making centers.

Through this training program, the organizers sought to highlight the legal and administrative mechanisms that ensure effective and influential female participation in state-building and institutional development. The ultimate aim is to achieve strategic objectives that establish women as pivotal partners in sustainable development and leadership.
